t Tikatika Academy, our philosophy and curriculum are built around the belief that education should develop the whole child β intellectually, morally, socially, and creatively. Guided by the 2023 Zambian Education Curriculum Framework, we combine academic excellence with character formation to prepare learners who are confident, compassionate, and ready to contribute meaningfully to society.

Β Curriculum
Our curriculum is guided by the 2023 Zambian Education Curriculum Framework, which emphasises competence-based learning, practical application, and child-centred development. It blends academic rigour with hands-on experiences to nurture critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and values-based learning.
Core Learning Areas
Language and Literacy β developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English and local languages.
Mathematics and Logical Thinking β fostering numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving through real-life contexts.
Science and Technology β exploring inquiry-based learning in environmental science, basic technology, and innovation.
Social Studies and Civic Education β building awareness of culture, community, citizenship, and sustainable development.
Creative and Expressive Arts β nurturing imagination, performance, design, and artistic appreciation.
Physical and Health Education β promoting wellness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.
